VISIT THE CREATIVE REUSE CENTER: DONATING
We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm to receive material donations. Please DO NOT leave donations outside our store when we are closed. Dumping is not donating!
When you arrive, our staff will review your items to ensure that we can accept all the materials, which typically takes less than 3 minutes. Your donation will be weighed when it is received, and we can provide a receipt if you’d like.
Our website includes a list of materials we can accept, and we make frequent updates to this list. If you’d like to donate an item that isn’t on our accepted items list, please call us at 615-720-7480 to speak with a staff member. Please bring your donation in a box or bag that you don’t mind leaving with us. Pre-sorted donations are very much appreciated and save us time and money on staff labor, allowing us to keep our materials affordable and accessible to all. Our staff members reserve the right to reject any donation that is not on the Accepted Materials list or does not meet the standards listed below. Please do not sort your materials into food containers.
MAKE SURE YOUR DONATIONS ARE FREE FROM ANY:
Dust, mold, dirt, droppings, grease, bugs, spiders, stains, sticky or unknown substances, food and crumbs (check boxes that have been stored in attic and garages)
Sharp and protruding objects such as nails or broken glass or tiles that may harm our team members
