Learn a New Skill & Create With Others

Our workshops and studio space provide hands-on opportunities for individuals to engage in creative reuse and learn new skills. The space and tools are available to use to better your art practice and connect with like-minded people.

Studio Workshops

We host skill-based art workshops in our Studio space! Our workshops are led by local artists in the community that are expert in their medium, and are eager to teach skills to others. We provide both series and one-off workshop opportunities. Join us for a workshop and learn a new skill today!

In partnership with the TN Disability Coalition, Turnip Green is now hosting free workshops for low-vision individuals, taught by trained staff on new teaching techniques and providing specialized tools and equipment to offer accessible workshops for community members experiencing vision loss. Accommodations like high contrast glasses, touch dots, and other assistive equipment will be provided for in-studio use. Check back for updated workshops!
