Apply To Show In Our Green Gallery
The Green Gallery was started five years ago to further our mission of creativity and sustainability, particularly in support of visual artists invested in reuse material. Exhibitions are changed monthly, with openings held during the second Saturday East Side Art Stumble. This is not your typical gallery, as artists keep 70% of sales while 30% is donated to Turnip Green. The terms of the contact are only for the length of the exhibition.
Gallery Specs: The gallery is approximately 360 sq/ft, with two 20 ft walls and one 16 ft wall. The ceiling is approximately 10 ft to floor. Walls are painted white with fluorescent lighting supplemented by clamp spot lights. Artwork displayed can be wall-based, free-standing, or suspended. Some pedestals are also available. The gallery is open to the public 20 hours per week. Follow this link if you would be interested in exhibiting in the Green Gallery:
Artist Marketplace Application
The Artist Marketplace is a forum for reuse artists to showcase their work to like-minded customers. Artists keep 70% of sales while 30% is donated to Turnip Green. If selected, a consignment contract will be sent to you that defines terms and conditions. The contract will run for ninety (90) days, with the option of replacing sold items or switching out unsold items upon signing a new agreement. The Artist Marketplace is located on one end of the Green Gallery, which is a larger exhibition space that changes shows monthly, with openings held during the second Saturday East Side Art Stumble. Space is limited in the Artist Marketplace, making smaller works ideal. Follow this link to the Artist Marketplace application:
